Hadi Aboukhater
President, CEO and Director

With over 20 years of experience as an executive with fast growing companies. An early success included the management of Link-VTC, a video conferencing company with limited startup capital that sold for nearly $20 million within 24 months of inception. Mr. Aboukhater's business experience includes development and management of sales and operational teams in communications and related information technology companies. His career has included managing revenues and budgets of 8 figures. In recent years, his professional experience expanded to real estate and finance. Mr. Aboukhater is a graduate of the University of San Diego.

Terrence Rodrigues
Chief Financial Officer

Prior to his position as Chief Financial Officer at Church & Crawford, Inc., Terry Rodrigues gained extensive expertise in real estate financing and management with companies such as Lehndorff Property Management and Royal Le Page. Mr. Rodrigues served as controller, treasurer and held a variety of financial positions within Lehndorff and Royal Le Page. While at Lehndorff, Mr. Rodrigues built Chancellor Trust into a successful fund, managing over $10 million. While at Royal Le Page Mr. Rodriguez was the controller managing assets in excess of $200 million.

Leaving Royal Le Page in 2001 Mr. Rodrigues has been an asset to many successful start up ventures in the technology and real estate sectors, acting as a consultant and advisor. In 2005 Mr. Rodrigues was elected to be director of PSiGate Merchant Services and Products a publicly traded Canadian venture company. Mr. Rodgigues is currently on the board, and has been consulting PSiGate for the last 3 yrs.

Mr. Rodrigues received his Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto, after articling at Ernst and Young he became a Chartered Accountant.

Sharil Kumar
Director of Chanel Sales

Sharil Kumar, veteran IT and Telecom's guru with 30+ years in telephony systems design, business consultancy and pre-sales. Based in the Middle East, India and the UK. Sharil has worked for a number of blue chip companies generated and managed in excess of $750M USD throughout his career. Sharil's professional career has included being senior managers and advisory to board members for corporate companies such as India Telecom, Tata consulting and most recently Futech Solutions in Dubai.
